Looks like the bad guys will include Venom, (that's why Spider Man turns B/W); Harry, the new Green Goblin; and at least one or two others. (The Sand Man, for instance?)

I'm pretty sure Sandman is in there; I've watched the trailer a couple times and it seems pretty clear. That's weird that his suit turns black...
